Is the service provided in a vehicle or in my home? A. The dental team will set up right in your home. Q. What dental services do you provide? A. We provide exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal treatment, crowns & bridge work. Q. What areas do you travel to? A. Our team travels within a 50 minute drive from our office in Tigard. Q. Does it cost more to have the dentist come to me? A. There is a house call fee, which some insurance companies will cover. Q. Do you take insurance? A. We handle all insurance claims and processing! We also accept Medicaid! We offer a complementary complete insurance verification and benefit breakdown to see what services will be covered and at what percentage. Q. How do I pay my bill? A. Statements are sent out monthly at which time payment can be sent in by mail or payed over the phone with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Q. Where can I get the new patient forms? A. Our forms can be found on our website, or you can call and request them.
